The issue is being addressed from the backend. Can you please let us know if you are able to login to advisor now.

Hi All Good Day!

I am not able to login to the Skyline Advisor it's says like below. earlier i am able to login and able to collect the reports too.

There was an issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database.

For Premier Services entitled customers (BCS/MCS/HCS/Telco), please file a Support Request under Product "Skyline Advisor" to get assistance:https://www.vmware.com/group/vmware/get-help/

For Production entitlement support customers, please proceed to the Skyline communities for assistance: https://communities.vmware.com/community/vmtn/skyline

Could you please share the company name and the email address which you are using to login to Skyline Advisor.

For some reason, the previous private message is not seen. Yes for most of the customers the issue is addressed.
Kindly share the details.

a) Is the issue noticed when you login from MY VMware Portal

b) Is the issue noticed only when you login directly to VMware Cloud Services

c) Where you able to log earlier

d) Is the issue noticed for all users

a) Is the issue noticed when you login from MY VMware Portal - Yes

b) Is the issue noticed only when you login directly to VMware Cloud Services - Yes

c) Where you able to log earlier - Yes

d) Is the issue noticed for all users - Im the only user

Hi ,

If we have not migrated to VMware Cloud Services, we would not be able to login from VMware Cloud Services. Can you confirm if the migration is completed?
