Today i have disabled VM replication for one the VM ,unfortunately i didn't see which storage policy it was assigned .By any way i can see those information .
You have a history for the Recovery plan that you can export and to see the datastore that is in use, but you should check for the storage policies. Here is a link to the doc: View and Export a Recovery Plan History
