vROPs 7.0 Creating Application - Error: Child resources are not found

Hi

I can create and save a new Application object within vROPs.  But when I add a virtual machine to one of the tiers, I can see a little red flag on the Tier.  I then try to save the Application update and receive the error "Child Resources are not found".

Any ideas what may be causing this?  I don't have full admin rights and I suspect I'm missing a privilege.  But I've been assured I have all the rights required.

Could you help me understand what exactly you are doing.

Probably steps what you are following to achieve this will help along with screen shots.
