Al instalar el update 1 en VMWARE ESXi 6 sobre un servidore IBM es necesario reinstalar algun driver de red o en su caso la actualizacion lo incluye?

that depends on your specific hardware. Most of the drivers are included within the VMware installation files. But I think IBM also provides a customized installation disk containing all there specific drivers.
