We are upgrading to vCenter 6.5 at all of our sites (5 total). 6.5U2c with embedded PSC was deployed as the HQ site. 6.5U2b with embedded PSC was deployed at remote site and joined to the existing vsphere.local SSO.
When we log in to vcenter at the remote site and try to add domain admins from the corp domain to vsphere admins group we are getting "Cannot load the users for the selected domain."
HQ site does not have this issue. We are able to map corp domain users and groups to vsphere.local domain
We verified PTR records for all domain controllers to be present in DNS
Also when logging in to vcenter at the HQ with administrator@vsphere.local, we are seeing both vcenters in the web client, however clicking on the remote vc displays "You have no privileges to view this object or it does not exist."
When logging in to vcenter at the remote site with administrator@vsphere.local we are seeing both vcenters and are able to create objects in both, however permission mapping produces "Cannot load the users for the selected domain." error.
Any help is greatly appreciated
