OS configured type

I noticed some things in the system . OS that differs from the configured type. why this?  incorrectly installed when the virtual machine was installed ? or something else. is there any other reason why this way. If it is absolutely wrong. how to arrange. what causes such problems ? for example, a new patch is installed on the virtual server, or the program may have problems

vm tools: running ( guest managed )

we use vcenter 6.0 u3 and esxi 6.0 u3

Do you remember what Guest OS family and Guest OS version was selection during VM creation ?

Also Did you try removing VM from inventory and registering it back again , does that make a difference ?

OS which have installed on esxi did you very if those are compatible .
