Network connectivity issue between virtual appliance Iaas server

I spiked  the prerequisite checker step because it was loading forever, when i spiked it i am getting this
issue, how to resolve that can any one please help ?

Similar post is here please check below link , also message clearly indicates that this is a network issue between VA and IAAS machine if I am not wrong .

What does "spiked" mean? If you didn't let the prereq checker finish, this isn't going to succeed. See my answer to your other post. You probably have networking issues if you didn't deploy the vRA appliance correctly (via vCenter Server) and fill in all the deployment values correctly.
