Linked Clone customization failure

Hi,

I'm trying to create automatic floating desktop pool. I'm using composer to utilize linked clones. My desktops are creating and then hangs on the customization step indefinitely. Screenshot 1 proofs that customization stops because it fails to find the customization file. But screenshot 2 show me that the disk with this file is in place. What wrong is that disk with existing file system is being mounted offline by default. I presume this is the point of failure. Could anyone please tell me how can I force disk to be mounted and binged online?

I'm using Horizon 7.6, vSphere 6.7 with the latest updates. My AD domain has only default GPOs.

What version of Windows 10 are you running?

On the parent do you only have a single hard disk with the C: volume?

Does the parent have a CD/DVD drive? If so what drive letter is configured?

It looks like you have a disposable disk configured, is it getting the correct drive letter (E:)?

Do you also have persistent disks configured on the pool?
