Hello,
I had the same issue, it's a problem with the language. I think your workstation isn't in english, so try this:
https://vCenter_IP/vsphere-client/?locale=en_US&csp
This works fine for me, hope for you too.
Regards,
Sam.
Hello John,
Weird issue it seems.
Which browser are you using?
Did you try other browsers?
Which vCenter version are you using?
Are you using any plugins in the vSphere web client?

Hello,
2 thing to try:
1. Could you use another PC to access or delete the cache from one web browser?
2. Another thing that comes to my ming is the VCSA, could you check if the services are up and running?
You can connect via SSH and run "service-control --status"
More info here: VMware Knowledge Base
1. I deleted the cache from chrome and firefox, but it still doesn't work, I tried from 3 different pcs and 1 virtual machine, only works from 1 pc , but I don't get what is the different in that pc .

Hi john,

Everything seems fine from the VCSA point.
I reviewed another problems and maybe with a reboot it can be solved.
Are you able to perform a reboot of the VCSA VM?
Hello,
I have restarted the vcenter many times. I think tehere is something wrong with a flash or windows actualization, in this moment I'm getting into the vcenter from a ubuntu virtual machine with google chrome.
Thanks for the info John.
Could you attach a screenshot of the error? (I know you wrorte it at the beggining)
This should be problem with unwanted plugin on vcenter .
Try removing any unwanted plugin and check if that helps.

As SamBrisa says, it can be a problem with the computer where you are accessing from.
Maybe, you cant test the access from an English PC.
John, you said that it worked from one PC, this PC is in english?
Thanks a lot, it was the problem.
