Hello,

I had the same issue, it's a problem with the language. I think your workstation isn't in english, so try this:

https://vCenter_IP/vsphere-client/?locale=en_US&csp

This works fine for me, hope for you too.

Regards,

Sam.

Hello John,

Weird issue it seems.

Which browser are you using?

Did you try other browsers?

Which vCenter version are you using?

Hello,

2 thing to try:

1. Could you use another PC to access or delete the cache from one web browser?

2. Another thing that comes to my ming is the VCSA, could you check if the services are up and running?

You can connect via SSH and run "service-control --status"

More info here: VMware Knowledge Base

Hi john,

That's more than enough.

Everything seems fine from the VCSA point.

I reviewed another problems and maybe with a reboot it can be solved.

Are you able to perform a reboot of the VCSA VM?

This should be problem with unwanted plugin on vcenter .

Try removing any unwanted plugin and check if that helps.

Check this article:

Hello

The article says :

  1. Log in to the vSphere Web Client as an vCenter Server Administrative user.
  2. When the error appears, click No.
  3. Navigate to Administration > Client Plug-Ins.

When I do click no, I can do  nothing  and appears this error :

As SamBrisa says, it can be a problem with the computer where you are accessing from.

Maybe, you cant test the access from an English PC.

John, you said that it worked from one PC, this PC is in english?
