In your View sync settings, do you have this checkbox enabled?

Hey TechGuy 129

I do not have that selected, I have only the Sync Local Entitlements.

It looks like I verified it in my connection servers but its still throwing the external error so I'm thinking it's having issues handling the cert. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks

In the same section is it showing any errors for SSL cert or SAML Auth INFO? If not, try clicking on the Update SSL cert and accepting it for each of the connection servers and try syncing.

If you still are having issues, you will want to look at the horizon.log file. That should give you an indication of what is wrong. It come be as simple as the time skewed between the IDM and Horizon servers.

The IDM is externally hosted since its part of Workspace ONE and I don't see any SAML SSL Auth info in the Horizon Pods Connection Server Section. Where is the horizon.log file located?

thanks

Hi there,

any update on this? Facing the same issue today.

Currently rolling out a Workspace One Deployment (SaaS) with OnPremise Horizon View.
