When I open a VM, via the command line, I'm unable to manage the virtual machine settings from this console window.
It worked before I had to format my machine this week (thanks Microsoft). I installed it fresh from the command line "install-module vmware.powercli" and ran it, even rebooted it.

Has anyone run into this?
