In order to do a physical to virtual conversion, use below free tool from VMware. Make sure, once installed you run it as an Administration.

It turned out to be easier. Just install clean WIN10 and after replaced this .vmx
The problem is different now, does not work internet. When I did the convertation, it was be disabled in the settings. How to fix?
