Fusion 11 - Hyper adapter USB-C

HI, 
I'm using vmware fusion on my macbook pro where I run a vm with windows 10 pro and use the 
Hypedrive USC-C adapter to enable USB ports but do not recognize them in the Windows system. 
What could be the problem?

Is the Hyper adapter USB-C the only device which can not be recognized in Windows VM? How about other USB devides?

If none of USB devices works in VM, please refer to this thread: NO USB
