See, When you say U3H, this is for vCenter Server 6.0 U3h. You won't able to find ESXi because for esxi there is bug fix patch release, U3H update is for vCenter mitigating this vulnerability.

Well, why not reading KB 55363?

Your Host, like all other intel based servers are affected by Spectre Foreshadow-NG security flaw. VMware try to mitigate but it comes with a downside and the admin needs to made a decision.  VMware vSphere comes with a different CPU scheduler which you now can enable. After enabling it and a reboot only one VM will be executed  on a CPU/HT core.  On hosts with already high cpu load this can lead into a performance impact. On hosts with low utilization it may can tolerate.  But VMware cant knew that.. so its your job.

You can suppress the warning and live with the security flaw.

About the new scheduler please take a look to VMware Knowledge Base

About your 7-8 dell poweredge you may consider FW updates to cover all the previous spectre and meltdown issues.

Hint: The current dell smart cds are not working for the r710. Try to use the LCC and update directly trough the internet.

There's no ESXi 6.0 U3H as of now. The last update was U3F and there is patch 7 latest after that. Please refer to VMware Knowledge Base
