Vrops 6.7 Oversized VM report

This may have been asked before but cant find anything in relation to 6.7 or 7.0

Can anyone tell me the below

1. What metrics are used for the cpu
2. What metrics are used for the memory
3. what is the time window it is analysed in
4. can i change any of the above

Here is the document which gives you list of CPU  Memory etc metrics available in vrops 6.7 :

Collection interval Enter the collection interval, in minutes. For example, if you expect the host to generate performance data every 5 minutes, set the collection interval to 5 minutes.

That is not what i asked (Read the Title). This is specific to the oversized vm report. The report uses

Summary|Oversized|Virtual CPUs

Summary|Oversized|Memory (GB)

How does it class what is oversized and over what time period. If i present this report to anyone the first thing they will ask is how is the data generated
