how to determine why a virtual machine turned off

Good morning , I write as I would need to understand why this virtual machine turns off by itself, often when I return to work in the morning and I connect to the Esxi host and I find it off, I tried to download the log from the datastore but I can not figure out who undertakes the action of switching off the machine itself, if the guest Guest user or Vsphere, how do you understand it? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Attached you'll fine the log.

Best regards

Andrea

Could not find anything substantial in the vmware.log. Check the guest OS logs and the hostd.log to see if there is anything. If it is a Windows VM, check the system logs in the Event viewer. KB VMware Knowledge Base can be considered as a reference in such scenarios.

Hi ,

thank you so much for your answer ,

attached you find the file hostd.log, also on the VM there is an event number "41" "kernel error" that signals an abnormal shutdown of the machine, what could it be?

Many thanks for your precious feedback
