network settings

What is mean that when i run the healt check report then i see all about vmware 6.0 . do I need to make any changes ? or just information ?

Port group 'Management Network' on vSwitch 'vSwitch0' and host 'esxi001.local' allows forged transmits.

Port group 'Management Network' on vSwitch 'vSwitch0' and host 'esxi001.local' allows MAC address changes.

Distributed virtual port group 'EC-VLAN1001-GH10' on distributed virtual switch 'DVS-Global' in datacenter 'AST' allows promiscuous mode.

Distributed virtual port group 'EC-VLAN250-GH21' on distributed virtual switch 'DVS-Global' in datacenter 'AST' allows promiscuous mode.

Port group 'Management Network' on vSwitch 'vSwitch0' and host 'esxixer01.local' allows forged transmits.

Port group 'Management Network' on vSwitch 'vSwitch0' and host 'esxixer01.local' allows MAC address changes.

Portgroup 'Management Network' on vSwitch0 for both hosts esxi001 and esxixer01 has features Forged Transmits and MAC Address Changes in allowed/accept status. vDS PG 'EC-VLAN1001-GH10' has promiscuous mode enabled. Depending on your requirement, accept/reject these features accordingly - Edit the Layer 2 Security Policy Exception for a Standard Port Group in the vSphere Web Client / Edit the Security Policy for a Distributed Port Group in the vSphere Web Client
