Hi All,
During installation I get following message "No Network Adapters". (in ESXi 5.5 versions)
In ESXi 6.7 versions server reboots while loading /sb.v00 or /s.v00.
Intel has only following driver to download i40en-1.3.1 but this driver is already included in custom images (HPE, Lenovo).
With best regards,
Ulukbek
Hi all,
Managed to install HP's custom image "VMware-ESXi-6.7.0-9484548-HPE-Gen9plus-670.10.3.5.6-Sep2018"
by changing BIOS mode from UEFI to Legacy. After installation changed back to UEFI and added manually "Boot option" (ESXi\EFI\BOOT\BOOTx64.efi).
With regards,
Ulukbek
Are you using a custom image? Did you checked if your hardware is on the 6.7 supported list?
Check this https://www.v-front.de/2014/12/how-to-make-your-unsupported-nic-work.html
Trying both custom from HP, Lenovo and VMware's original images but no luck.
Why did you tried both from HP and Lenovo? Is your hardware HP or Lenovo? Did you checked on the supported hardware?
I hoped that missing drivers will be in custom images.
In following link motherboard is marked as compatible with Fault Tolerance feature but not listed in main HCL.
