Issue: Not getting the monthly email sent
For some reason I not getting the monthly mail from Support Assistant.
I have checked the Vcenter and it is showing no failure or issue on the Monitor Tab. It is all green and successful.
As for the Vcenter Support Assistant appliance, I have checked the "Test connectivity" on the main page, which is OK.
I have checked the "Contact Details" tab and the email address is added.
Is there a way to run the email portion manually to just check whether it having email communication issue, or is this something with the proxy ?
Months back, I did open a case with Vmware and they have checked the Support Assistant feature in my environment and no issues were found.
