vCloud Usage Insight does not recognise my Instance ID (#UM)

vCloud Usage Insight does not recognise my Instance ID (#UM). I went trough the process, captured the ID from usage meter report, but it's not recognised/not valid.

Resolved outside of forum. If anyone else is interested in the reason, make sure there are no spaces or unnecessary additional data. The content to put into Usage Insight is the identifier in the UM Report on line 2. The line starts with "UM#" and you copy the text following that into Usage Insight.
