I have vcenter 6.0 and esxi 6.0 and also emc vnx 5400 . emc vnx pool on thick disk. now i want to learn that if i delete Thin provisioning vm's then i must run un map command on esxi or my emc pool is thick so it not necessary ?
AFAIK, it is not necessary in your case since the backend pool is pre-allocated due to being thick - VMware Knowledge Base
