Restrict browsing in Internet Explorer

I'm wondering if it's possible to set up a Flex configuration to restrict internet browsing while using Internet Explorer. Specifically, I have a handful of users who are only allowed to browse to 3 specific websites in IE. Other browsers are unrestricted, just IE has the restrictions. Is there a way to set up UEM to restrict that group (condition set based on users) to those specific webpage URLs?

Just my 2 cents but I think you should be looking at IE and WIndows policies itself (whcih off course can be distributed throughout UEM.

Do users only need those 3 websites for everything they do? Otherwise you could use some kind of kiosk app to block access to everything besides these 3 sites.
