First of all, and once again, you really don't provide basic information like your vCenter version in play here. Second, if you're using vAPI then it's probably not something you want to ignore. You want to fix the problem and for that you need to understand why you're getting the alarm. The answer is "it depends" based on what you're using and how. If the alarm is erroneous then that's one thing. If it's legitimate and you have an issue that's something else.
