Best NVMe PCI-E Card for Vsphere Read Cache

Is there any advice for what kind of card to buy to have the fastest ssd read cache ? i was using "consumer" kingston 256gb Sata Disks but since im getting new servers soon, i would add either pci-e cards or m2 ssds mounted on an pci-e card adapter to have more speeds ?

Best is going to be a function of how much you can afford. I've found that NVMe M.2 PCIe cards on an adapter work fine for vFRC. Keep in mind this is an Enterprise Plus feature only, so if you don't have that license it'll do you no good.
