Welcome to the Community,

you can find the vmware.log file in the VMs folder.

Did the VM work before? Did you change something on the host?

Thanks for reply, my VM worked so well before. I don't know that i changed anything on the host or not. I tried reinstall 3 times the VM, using system restore point 1 time. And everything is not better. Haiz!

In your vmx-file you have 5 ethernet cards but only one of them is active:

ethernet4.addressType = "generated"

ethernet4.generatedAddress = "00:0C:29:F0:DB:A1"

ethernet4.generatedAddressOffset = "40"

ethernet4.pciSlotNumber = "33"

ethernet4.present = "TRUE"
But for this ethernet card the parameters are incomplete.
This card will use vmnet0 with automatic bridging.
This may not work with your setup.
It would be helpful to see a screenshot of the Virtual Network Editor.
Or remove all ethernet*.* parameters from the vmx-file and then add a new device

Hey bro, i run vmware as you said and it's still have the problem Authorization Service and Not Responding while running.

This is the vmware with new ethernet. It still can not access the internet.

I think something occur conflict and not because of netword adapter. I tried delete all network adaper and run vm. The error of Authorization Service and Not Responding still happen. I guess this error cause everything.

Can you run any other VMs ?
Looks like something is wrong with the WS installation
please open a cmd as administrator and try to start this 2 services manually:
net start VMAuthdService
net start vmx86

Thats strange - looks like WS is starting the VM but somehow can not display it.
Do you see a process named vmware-vmx.exe in taskmanager when you try to start the VM ?

Stupid question but I have to ask it: did you reboot after installation ?
I believe that your Workstation installation failed - I would recommend to
reboot.
Uninstall Workstation
Reboot
Reinstall Workstation
Reboot
