Desktop Never Connects / Never Show in Admin Console

Have a strange issue that i need to shed some light on.  Have an Instant Clone pools with 30 VM's.  We utilize Imprivata and Citrix Ialauncher for login as well.  What happens is that users badge in to thin client or laptop configures with Citrix and Imprivata, the View Client is called automatically and their desktop is launched and the connection to the cloud is started after that.    So here is my issue..

Certain users will Badge in, the client will start, they will get their desktop and it's at that point that the system gets stuck.  NO message on screen just the stupid little DOTS that spin.   It will stay like that forever.  That user will be stuck adn cannot login to any other computer in that pool.  That user however can still log into another pool if needed but not the one they need.  When i look at the Admin Console that user doesn't show up in the Admin Console anywhere as having a computer.  Upon further troubleshooting i found that when i look at the events for that pool, i found out that it says that User MSH\user requested Pool cerner10, allocated machine desktop-28.  But when i look at the inventory it shows that desktop-28 is Available.  at that point i just removed desktop-28 and let it create a new one and everything is fine. 

I tried messing with the client with no luck.  no matter where i logged that user into that pool it was the same results...just spinning.  Anyone have any insight as to what might be going on?  Any comments or suggestions are Welcome.
