vCenter 6.0 U2 - vpxd service failed to start

I am trying really hard to make this vCenter work but every time i try to start the vmware-vpxd service the log says:

"Unable to get the local issuer certificate"

I did not make any change regarding to certificates.

Is this Windows or the appliance? Is this a new install? Was it an upgrade? Please provide more details.

Yes sure,

This is an already installed deployment i mean it was freshly installed and from one day to another this error appeared.

It has an external Platform Services Controller, it is an appliance an is on version 6.0 U2

Don't quite follow. So this was a new deployment of the vCSA with external PSC. When did you start seeing this error? What did you change, if anything, for this to begin appearing? Does it happen all the time? I'm assuming here, but vpxd won't start at all?

This is a customer platform, and is a QA environment so i don't exactly when this issue happened because they don't use this platform very often. I tried to logged today and this happened. They practically don't use this platform so they did'nt change anything.

This happen everytime i try to start the vmware-vpxd service and no, i cannot start the service.

Ok, well you can either open a SR with GSS and get this looked at, or you can attach some logs here to see if anyone wants to have a look.

Lalegre,

Have you done anything on the platform since seeing the error?

Are you at liberty to restart the appliance?
