This is the alarm Support Assistant triggers if it finds a potential issue with an inventory object from the customer environment (VC, ESX or VM). It is deleted during uninstall or as a preparatory step in the register VC step.
Can you please send us the Support Assistant logs, so that we have investigate the problem? Here is a KB that describes how to collect the logs: https://kb.vmware.com/kb/2070818
You can file a Bugzilla ticket under 'Support Assistant' category or create an SR.
As a workaround, you can manually delete the alarm from the vSphere Web Client. Please try to navigate to your VC -> Manage tab -> Alarm Definitions and search for something like 'vCenter Support Assistant has found issues'.

Thanks Denitsa, your info allowed me to solve things. I also blogged out the solution to help others. I have no way to do an SR, or a support call. I can say I did a uninstall properly with 6.0, and tried to install 188.8.131.52 and found the issue.
