Feature request:
the command
vmkfstools -p 0 name-flat.vmdk
displays the mapping of the fragments of a vmdk on the VMFS-volume.
When the VMFS-volumes uses more than one extent and one or more of this extents are offline the command only displays a message like:
extent is not available.
This is not helpful.
Please print the mapping for all extents wether they are available or not.
