vmrun utility not working on Mac

I'm trying to help some fellow students with this. It works out of the box for me, but these guys are getting "command not found" after running vmrun. We checked if vmrun was located in "Contents>Library" and it is. I can't seem to find any information on this. I have 2 classmates who are getting the same error and have an assignment due. The teacher isn't using a Mac and can't assist us. Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,

Sounds like in your case the command is in the search path and that that is not the case for your co-students?

Try and run it using the full path:

/Applications/VMware\ Fusion.app/Contents/Library/vmrun
