VIO 5.0 + NSX-V: Can not enable DHCP on external network

Hi,

I have a compact deployment of VIO 5.0 + NSX-V. I'm not able to create provider network for my tenant (external network).

I'm trying to creare new network as "admin" user

And I'm getting error: "Error: Failed to create subnet "172.21.59.0/24" for network "external": Invalid input for operation: Can not enable DHCP on external network. Neutron server returns request_ids: ['req-90dd049d-4790-458e-8d6b-e21e21b0961d']"

If I disable DHCP during creation then external network creates without any issues.

What could be the possible reason for such behaviour?

BR,

Pavel

Hi,

disable DHCP is required, floating ip will be allocated inside this network.
