Hi All,
After a self-paced studying, I am planning to take the foundation exam and the VCP6.5 exam. Is that enough to get the certificate without attending the training course?
Thank you,
Waseem
No, there is a training requirement to achieve your first VCP - unless you hold certain Cisco certifications and are trying to achieve the VCP6-NV.
You can review the precise requirements for DCV here: VMware Certified Professional 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP6.5-DCV)

Thank you scott28tt, You gave me a good path idea.
As long as I already have CCNA, I will get VCP6-NV first then VCP6-DCV. By this, I will get 2 professional certificates.
Thanks again...
