vCenter Upgradation failing

Hi All,

Could you please help me with the fixes or resolution.

While we are upgrading the vCenter from 5.5u3 Appliance to 6.5 VCSA in the  "Stage 1: Deploy vCenter Server with an Embedded Platform Services Controller", we have an error saying "Failed to send http data"

any body please help with valid solutions.

Please find 1st compatibility list.

And check your DNS and Provide more logs.

Hi Ganesh,

Thanks for your information, we passed the compatibility matrix, from 5.5u3 the vCenter 6.5u1 will for upgradation. We have 5.5u3 now upgrading it to 6.51ug. Also seems DNS is not causing an issue. Its not an fresh installation, as we are following the up gradation path. we will cross check the DNS once.

Any further investigation please provide.

ok, tried from different jump machines, still same issue. can't able to find the root cause. Please help.
