System Configuration is missing from vCenter 5.5 dashboard

Hello,

We do not have an icon for System Configuration in vCenter 5.5

It isn't present even when logged in as local admin.

Is there a command I can run to get this back or make it visible? Everything I see says it should be there.

To my knowledge, there never was a System Configuration icon in the 5.5 Flex client. There was in 6.0, however. Where are you seeing literature for 5.5 which says it should be there?

Confirmed There is no System Configuration tab in vCenter Web Client 5.5 -
