Skyline Report Titles are incorrect

Hello,

I'm the VTAM that works with Hyland.  They have installe dand configured Skyline.  In reviewing their 7/20 OSR report they noted that the Title of the report does not reflect the appropriate company name.  Is there a way to get this information updated so it reflects the correct name for them?

I found that OSR report was delivered in the name of Thoma Bravo, LLC though EA is registered with Hyland Software. However, I believe this is due to the internal merger between these two organizations.

Could you please reach out to End Customer & VMware Licensing Team to get clarification, what should be the actual organization supposed to reflect in OSR and then we can change it as requested.

Thoma Bravo is a former company name.  The current company name is Hyland Software, Inc.  This is their legal name now.  It's the name that shows in the My VMware portal and on their ELA agreement with us.  The customer would like the reports to reflect their current legal name.

According to the EA 113082384 organization name appears as "Canapen Group" that same has requested to get it updated on OSR reports.
