Agent Unreachable

Windows 10 Pro 17134.191 (1803) VM running vmware tools 10.1.10 and view agent 7.5.1

The connection server shows agent unreachable and agent version unknown.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, used agent version 7.5.0 and vmware tools version 10227.

Firewall is off, no antivirus installed yet. I can ping the connection server from the vm.

This will be our first VM running windows 10, all other VMs are windows 7 and are working fine.

what kind of pools you are creating? floating or Dedicated? how do you customize desktops (sysprep or quick prep)?

before it goes to Agent unreachable , it will stuck in place and after sometime it shows agent unreachable, is that true

2- check that gold Imaged dose not have static IP address

It's a manual pool with floating user assignment so there's one VM from vcenter with 4 users assigned to it (they don't all connect at the same time).

It will say agent version unknown and waiting for agent.

I deleted the VM and rebuilt it from scratch. Seems to be working now.
