vCD 9.1 + Postman and estabilish a session / Could not get any response / SSL ?

Hello.

During verification connection to vCD i receive in POSTMAN bellow error:

Could not get any response

There was an error connecting to HTTPS://vcloud/api/version

Why this might have happened:

  • The server couldn't send a response:Ensure that the backend is working properly

  • Self-signed SSL certificates are being blocked:Fix this by turning off 'SSL certificate verification' in Settings > General

  • Proxy configured incorrectlyEnsure that proxy is configured correctly in Settings > Proxy

  • Request timeout:Change request timeout in Settings > General

I tried save certificate from vCD page and use in internal postman certificate database but without successful...

Easiest way around this if you don't have a trusted certificate is just disable the Postman certificate verification in the UI (File / Settings):

If you are using the deprecated chrome app of postmap you can also access the vCD WebUI with Chrome and temporarily accept the certificate in chrome. After that the postmap chrome app should also work.
