Cert issue

We have a Horizon View environment supporting about 350 VDI and RDSH connections.  Most of our users are external.  WE have a few that are reporting that the site is not secure with the following screenshot.  These users are in the minority out of the 350 users, maybe 10 users from the same group/company.  How can most people see the site as secure and valid cert while other users do not?  All other users sees that site as secure.

Digicert is the CA  Here is the results when checking our URL thru their site.

Great and the users see this error in a browser or the client?

What OS and browser are the users using?

Just found out that the user's company had published an errant secity policy rejecting certs.  Policy was corrected and all is good now.  Thanks
