Caida de conexion con el almacenamiento

Buenas, el dia de ayer se presento una baja de energia en el datacenter y uno de los switch que utilizamos para la conexion con el storage se perdio, .Al momento de la caida el vcenter dejo las maquinas inaccesibles en 3 de los host del cluster, el cluster esta protegido con HA y DRS, el vcenter no movio las vm a otros host la dejo bloqueadas en el mismo host. Cual podria ser la causa por que HA no movio las vm a otro host?? que log puedo revisar para que me ayude a determinar el problema??

Well,

be default VMware HA only protect VMs against a total host failure. If a host lost access to its shared storage HA doenst kick in.

But.... with vSphere 6.0 it comes with HA for Components. HA now can react to APD,PDL and can restart VMs. You have to enable/configure it because its disabled by default. You only can configure it when you use the WebClient and not the old C# Windows Client.
