Link aggregation between an ESXi 6.0 U3 host (free editiion) and an HP 1920-48G Switch

I'm trying to set up a link aggregation between an ESXi 6.0 U3 host (free editiion) and an HP 1920-48G Switch that has Dynamic mode (LACP Enabled). From the little that I read, it seems to me that the ESXi version (free) does not allow active LACP. My doubts are:

1) Only paid ESXi have LACP support?

2) If yes, what version do I need to buy for vSphere Distributed Switch (VDS)?

We use LACP for one customer (it was a request) and yes its a feature which is only available when using a vDS.

A vDS comes with

- vSphere ESXi Enterprise Plus

- vSAN

- Robo Adv.?

I dont think that 99.999% of my customers have a need for using LACP to connect a Host to a switch. For us the normal LB Option in vSphere a enough. But we use 10G for a long time and now have a couple of 25G environments running so Bandwidth was never a real problem.

Iam pretty sure in large Clusters and 1000s of VMs the network comes more important.

Some kind of Stuff like swISCSI isnt supportet on a switch with LACP!
