NVidia Tesla P40

I have an NVidia P40 card in an HP G10. P40 setup in shared direct mode. My VM has 8 CPU with 32GB RAM and the vGPU profiles Grid_p40-1b.  when we power on the VM it get stuck at 52% I have to kill the Host to get back the VM. I drop the memory to 24gb on the VM and the VM startup. Anyone has seen this problem or have a fix. why can the VM go pass 32gb?

thank you
