As I was starting to work on a production environment based on version 7.3, so I preferred reading the documentation for that version for the exam preparation.
It all went well and I managed to pass the certification exam successfully as the exam questions seemed to be at a higher level and I did not notice anything specific to the minor versions of 7.x
So, my advice to future exam candidates is to use whatever version you are comfortable with, the one you are using on your environment or the latest version available, it does not seem to matter much
