Using a VNC Client to Connect to VMs in ESXi

Hi,

i would to connect VNC client to connect to VMs in ESXI 6.5  without installing software in the virtual machine.

I added a configuration file .vmx three rows of the virtual machine

  • RemoteDisplay.vnc.enabled = [TRUE]
  • RemoteDisplay.vnc.port = [5900]
  • RemoteDisplay.vnc.password = [vncpass]

I deactivated the firewall:

esxcli network firewall set --disable

      esxcli network firewall unload

but I can not connect.

I have also tried to perform VNC access on Vmware workstation 12 with this procedure:
