VMware Identity Manager

I am trying to deploy Vmware Identity Manager and after OVF is deployed and I launch URL it gets stuck on the Database connection screen, when clicking continue it simply states that the Database is already initialized and then just stays on that page.  Anyone run into this issue or have any success deploying Identity Manager?

What database are you using? Can you send me logs via private message please? You can obtain logs by logging in to the appliance and they are at /opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/*.log. Send me horizon.log, connector.log and configurator.log

Was this ever solved.

I am at that screen also and when i click continue(internal database is selected above), i get a quick pop up, and then an error pops up on top of screen.

• Invalid organization name. Chosen name (null) includes invalid characters.

To resolve this issue during configuration of the VMware Identity Manager appliance, ensure that it is being accessed via the Fully Qualified Domain Name(FQDN) and not the IP address of the appliance.

Also ensure to validate the requirement to have the forward and reverse lookup zone being configure in Domain Name System(DNS) for the FQDN.
