What database are you using? Can you send me logs via private message please? You can obtain logs by logging in to the appliance and they are at /opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/*.log. Send me horizon.log, connector.log and configurator.log

I am at that screen also and when i click continue(internal database is selected above), i get a quick pop up, and then an error pops up on top of screen.
- Invalid organization name. Chosen name (null) includes invalid characters.
How do you solve this issue?

To resolve this issue during configuration of the VMware Identity Manager appliance, ensure that it is being accessed via the Fully Qualified Domain Name(FQDN) and not the IP address of the appliance.
Also ensure to validate the requirement to have the forward and reverse lookup zone being configure in Domain Name System(DNS) for the FQDN.
