We know the location:
C:\Users\<accountName>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures
and the REGISTRY:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AccountPicture
We could save the picture and the reg entry but it dont work in the correct way it should work.
