Skyline OSR Error

Whitelabel Error Page

This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

There was an unexpected error (type=Internal Server Error, status=500).

could not download file

This is what I get when I try to download the OSR report.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing that email address, I see that the registration was done on 5th July. It takes around 3 weeks for the generation of first OSR and you will receive an email once ready. Also, you will see collector and endpoint details when you log in to the Skyline collector and not entitlement details.  Share the screenshot of Skyline page which is blank for entitlement details.

Hi,

Please try a different browser and update the status. Also, share the name of your organization and the email you received to download the OSR so that I can verify any backend issues.

We are still having the problem. Chris and I are also looking to get this changed over to my account.

Also,

The entitlement info didn't appear to be setup on the Skyline page. It was blank.
