How to set ESXi host management network redundancy

I add a ESXi host to the vSphere Cluster.

It's have a warning "This host currently has no management network redundancy."

I has been add a  vmnic to vSwitch.

I can view the vmnic in VM Network. but I can't it in Management Network.

What should I do?

Edit the "Management Network" and navigate to "Teaming and failover" and add the vmnic3 there (as active or standby adapter)

Righ click the hosts and run "Reconfigure for HA".

After the configure has been completed,

Wait for a moment

The configure will take effect
