Multi location single Host and VM

I have 87 locations we are installing a camera system on a ESXi 6.5 host with a single VM of Ubuntu. Each location has a static public IP. How do I connect them together and what software do i use?

That's too broad of a question unless you provide more details and clarify what exactly your requirements are.

Sorry I am looking to control the hypervisor like with vcenter. But that would be very expensive for 87 host with only 1 vm. it would be nice to be able to do snapshots or local backs or cloud backups, Monitoring of bandwith, HDD usage, running state, and also pinging the cameras if the software is capable.

Unless this software has an application that can manage multiple instances (or something similar), I don't see there being a replacement for vCenter. vCenter cannot manage ESXi free edition either.
