Ok... i had the same problem. In my case the Approval Policy works as expected with Memory and CPUs but not with Storage. Maybe this can help you: vRA 7.4 - Custom Forms Data Grid

Can you please share a few Details of your Approval Policy?

Its a basic approval policy for approval, depending on deployment size (small, medium or large for cpu/RAM/Storage). Its a preapproval policy (screenshot attached). The policy works fine on a regular blueprint (vRA7.4). As soon as I activate Custom form, it just approves the VM irrespective of compute size..

Thanks

Yes, you are correct..It works for CPU/RAM but not with Storage..Seems a bug to me..On a sidenote, how to add price details (have installed vRB) in custom form (it is gone after applying custom form as well)..Thanks again..

I am getting approval notice now. When I reject, it works fine. But when I approve the request, request fails with the error 'The value of 'action' field is fixed and cannot be overidden'
